VISUAL MERCHANDISING

My visual merchandising work is a collection of two shadow box windows that required research on two companies and how we could market a certain product to their current and perspective clients. There were a variety of materials used, including clay, branches, paper boxes, paint, wallpaper, and other props.

The first window was a representation of the Christmas holiday for Tiffany & Co. Part of the project included research on Tiffany & Co., their past holiday windows, and what their target market is. By representing a pair of their classic Bow Earrings, at an entry-level price point, this particular window was able to market a larger target.

The second window is a representation of the Chateau Ste Michelle vineyard located in Washington state. It is the oldest vineyard in Washington; therefore they wanted a representation of the history and the modernity that Chateau Ste Michelle has to

offer. With it’s famous Riesling featured, a wine glass, corks, and natural grapes, the window was very eye-catching and was the perfect interpretation of what they were looking for.
