FASHION STYLING
This project in Styling was a way to utilize styling skills in a team environment. As a team, we were to come up with a theme for our on model photo shoot, which was Tomboy Chic. This theme allowed us to play with menswear inspired pieces as well as having a dark and mysterious feel to the whole shoot. To begin the project, we created mood boards with our inspiration for hair and makeup, lighting, poses, and the overall theme look and feel.
For part of this project, our team had to gain all materials, including clothing, accessories, and props. The model, hair and makeup team, and photographer were provided to us.
The photos were shot with a blue light and shutter effect to incorporate a mystical look.
This entire project required trend research, a group budget for materials, and energy! The results turned out very well and it was exactly what we were looking for.
